How to Join

Select "Join ISTM" from the main menu at left and follow the instructions for filling out the application form.

Payment of dues and any additional fees must be made in U.S. Dollars.

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted by ISTM and card information may be submitted securely with your application on the web site. Credit cards are processed manually by ISTM upon acceptance of your completed application. If you submit your credit card information with your application, you do not need to mail a copy of your application to ISTM. You will receive a confirmation of payment and activation of membership from ISTM once processing is complete.

Payment in US dollars may also be made to ISTM by check, postal or money orders, or travelers checks. Please show the payee as "International Society of Travel Medicine" on these types of payments. If you choose this option, you will be prompted to print your application upon completion so that you can submit a copy of it with your payment to ISTM. Once your payment is received and processed by ISTM you will receive a confirmation of payment and activation of membership from ISTM.
