Asia-Pacific International Conference on Travel Medicine

24-27 February 2008, Melbourne, Australia

The program for this Conference is extremely exciting with the very latest information for everyone interested in travel medicine and related subjects. A learned body of international experts headline a knowledgeable faculty of presenters and lecturers. The Conference will have a special focus on emerging travel medicine issues with emphasis on the Asia-Pacific region, providing a stimulating and different perspective. Australian doctors will be able to gain their CME requirements by attending the conference

The Conference is being held in beautiful Melbourne, one of the great cities of the world, both sophisticated and fun, surrounded by great tourist favourites, and the gateway to Australia's best attractions. February is hot, and daylight-savings means the sun sets late as the city's night time activities come alive.

The ISTM will be conducting the examination for the Certificate of Knowledge in Travel Medicine on the day before the Conference begins, and we hope that many practitioners from around the world will take this opportunity to sit for the exam. See the ISTM website for details.

Come and join your colleagues in Melbourne in 2008, and share the benefits of this combined meeting of the International Society of Travel Medicine, Asia Pacific Travel Health Society, Australasian College of Tropical Medicine, and Victorian Infectious Diseases Service.

Program and Registration details, as well as submission of abstracts can be all done at www.apictm.com.
