ISTM offers a wide variety of unique resources to members and non-members. Many of the ISTM activities and offerings are available to anyone with an interest in developing and expanding their knowledge of travel medicine. Members enjoy exclusive resources, and discounted fees on ISTM educational events and activities.

Global Travel Clinic Directory
The Global Clinic Directory is a database of ISTM members and their Travel Clinics located in more than 90 countries. These clinics offer pre-travel immunizations, counseling and medicines to help protect travelers while travelling internationally. Many clinics also provide care to travelers if needed upon their return.
Travel Medicine Review and Update Course
The Travel Medicine Review and Update Course offers a comprehensive review of the ISTM Body of Knowledge, with a focus on the latest advancements in the field. This course is tailored for physicians, nurses and healthcare professionals who provide care and advice to travelers, expatriates and migrants.
Learning @ ISTM
Your one stop location for access to on-demand education in travel medicine. Webinars, courses, podcasts, teaching slides and monographs are available to enhance your knowledge in travel medicine topics from epidemiology of travel related diseases to operating a travel clinic.
ISTM Body of Knowledge
The Body of Knowledge was developed by the ISTM as a core component of defining the basic level of knowledge necessary to the practice of travel medicine and serves as the foundation for the prestigious Certificate in Travel HealthTM (CTH®).
Certificate in Travel HealthTM (CTH®)
In recognition of the critical need for travel medicine practitioners to maintain and increase their skills and knowledge, ISTM has developed a continuing professional development program for travel medicine practitioners. The program is structured around a 5-year cycle of professional education, study and involvement in the field of travel medicine.
Journal of Travel Medicine (JTM)
The Journal of Travel Medicine transports you to the challenging areas of your field with up-to-date research and original, peer-reviewed articles. There are limited public articles available to the public.
Traveler Resources
ISTM is dedicated to helping travelers become informed and prepared for travel. The Traveler Resource Hub is a free, comprehensive and accessible destination for travel health information. Designed with travelers in mind, the hub brings together three essential resources in one place: Global Travel Clinical Directory, Fact Sheets and helpful links to informative websites.
